Personal training isn’t limited to hard-core strength trainers and body builders. In fact, anyone, young and old, in shape or out, can benefit from working with a personal trainer. A personal trainer is your coach, your educator, your source of motivation and encouragement. At Redwood Health Club of Ukiah, you will receive a fitness evaluation from which you and your trainer will design a personalized training program. Then, with motivation, encouragement and accountability, you will reach your fitness goals with your trainer by your side, bringing you to a place of better health and fitness.
