Andree Begley was a teacher and school administrator before relocating to Ukiah in 2011 with her husband and young daughter. She has always enjoyed physical fitness and has completed two Portland Marathons and a handful of 10K races. She found cycling as a tool to torch calories, feel those incredible endorphins which amp up energy, and have an awesome low-impact high intensity workout as well!
Through Andree’s love of cycling she hopes to influence more people to enjoy exercising regularly. She coaches indoor cycle classes by pairing tough workouts with fun heart-pumping music in both 30-minute Express Cycle and 50-minute cycle classes. She considers the cycling room a fitness haven where people can get an amazing workout without feeling uncomfortable or intimidated. The beauty of cycle is that all levels can ride together in the same room, at the same time, as cyclists control their own gears and speed. All levels are welcome. Andree is certified through Cycling Fusion.

Adrienne had a love of dance from a young age, starting with ballet at 2 and continuing in different varieties throughout childhood, but never finding that perfect niche. In 1995 a friend convinced Adrienne to try a dance fitness class called “Jazzercise” and everything changed. After being an avid student, taking 6 classes a week, the local instructor asked Adrienne to consider being certified to teach. During her training, Adrienne discovered a love for fitness and found that she could motivate others with her personal fitness story while inspiring them to work harder and sweat more! In 2001 Adrienne received her certification to teach Jazzercise and in 2003, she purchased the local franchise from the previous owner and began teaching 40 classes per month. Recently, Adrienne’s new passion is Zumba; combined with her past 10 years of teaching experience she is moving on with this new way to inspire others to get fit. Zumba allows Adrienne the freedom to continue teaching group fitness classes with a whole new dance flair.

Dena Watson-Krasts has been teaching group fitness since 1995. She has multiple certifications in various formats including Pilates Mat, Kickboxing, Step and Cycle. She has held group fitness certification from Pipeline since 1994 and ACE since 1998. Dena discovered group fitness in college and has never looked back, becoming certified within a year of attending her first class. Since that time, she has taught a variety of successful classes continuously. As a runner, she found group “X” (exercise) classes provided the motivation and cross training to spice up her fitness routine. After moving to Ukiah Valley in 2001, Dena immediately began teaching at Redwood Health Club of Ukiah and was asked to become Fitness Director in 2007. She took a short break but is now back as an instructor and is as motivated as ever. “I love to watch people discover the benefits of exercise… in whatever form best fits their life. Group Exercise is unique in its power to create instant community for a multi-level group, and reaches populations that other forms of exercise may not. I feel privileged to play a part in that discovery.” Currently, she not only works as a fitness instructor but also has her own floral events business, Dandelion Floral, and two wildly active children to keep her busy!
